Welcome to the official site of Lance Carpenter. A man with a servant's heart. At one time, Bro. Lance was a prosperous, prolific country music writer. Bro. Lance worked side by side with many of the big name artist of the '60s and '70s, and was by the world's standards, on his way to great success. But God... All things change with those two words. But God stepped in brought him to conviction and then conversion. Now Bro. Lance travels the country singing and giving his testimony of the grace of God. He still writes songs, but now to a different tune. He has songs that have been recorded by many different Southern Gospel and Gospel bluegrass groups and wrote the Inspirations number one song, "I Have Not Forgotten."
